HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
We offer a monthly management fee based only on the nightly rate and any non-cleaning fees (eg, pet fees). Income from your rental properties is deposited straight into your bank account. You'll receive an invoice at the end of each month, just like a cleaner or handyman.
HOW LONG IS YOUR CONTRACT?
Nobody likes being stuck in a long contract! With CoHostTEXAS, you're on a month-to-month contract. If you don't like how its going, just give us 30 days notice and we'll begin the listing transfer process back to you!
DO YOU NEED TO BE LICENSED TO COHOST IN TEXAS?
No. The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) does not have licensing requirements for short-term rental activity in the state of Texas.
